Set in quiet well-kept residential areas such as Lindfields, Loma Linda, Loma Vista, Hillcrest, Meadow Woods, Palms at Lake Davenport, Wellington, Chatham Park, Royal Palms, Hamiltons Reserve, Wellington, Santa Cruz, Esprit, Southern Dunes (some fall into Executive Category)
All homes are individual in their specifications and therefore floor plans may vary.
Our homes are within 20 to 25 minutes of drive of Walt Disney World (subject to traffic)
- However, the accommodation will have standard features which include:
- Private swimming pool with covered screened patio (designed to let the suns rays in and keep the bugs out)
- Air conditioning
- At least 1 TV
- Fridge
- Freezer
- Cooker
- Microwave
- Dishwasher
- Coffee-maker
- Washing machine
- Tumble dryer
- These three, four and five bedroom homes have a master bedroom with double or queen bed, bathroom; with shower and w/c. Additional bedrooms have twin beds or double beds
- Choose between a villa including heated pool or not including heated pool
- With either three, four, five or six bedrooms and at least two full bathrooms, one being ensuite to the master bedroom, each home will be fully equipped featuring a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, all glassware, crockery, linens and towels
- You can obtain extra towels and linen, if required upon arrival for an extra charge
- The homes are either one or two storey (can be requested at the time of reservation) with a minimum of one lounge and living area with colour cable TV, a DVD or video player and one other TV in the master bedroom
- The master bedroom will normally have a queen size bed and other bedrooms have either double or twin beds
