The resort comprises family houses, apartments and terraced houses. Facilities include a games room and a cinema in addition to Internet access and a barbecue area. There is also a children's playground for younger guests to let off steam and a shuttle service to Walt Disney World is provided to guests for a fee. The community's pools are electric-heated.
LocationThe resort lies just 8 km from the entrance to the Walt Disney World park, and just 4 km from Highway 192 where guests will discover a diverse selection of bars, restaurants and shops.
RoomsThe accommodation units each feature a full kitchen with a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, stove/oven and a coffee machine. Further in-room amenities include a washing machine, a dryer, bed linen, towels, a telephone, cable TV, a radio and centrally controlled air conditioning. The master bedroom comes with a double bed and adjoining bathroom; the additional bedroom has either a double bed or 2 twin beds and a shared bathroom. The 2-storey town houses are similarly equipped to the 3-bedroom condos, but have an additional small bathroom and a private splash pool. The 2-bedroom condos sleep up to 4 persons whilst the larger condos and town houses can sleep a maximum of 6.
SportsThe houses with 4, 5 and 6 rooms include their own pools similar to the attractive town houses with 3 bedrooms. The standard amount of pool furtniture provided is 2 sun loungers, 4 chairs and a table. On-site leisure options also include a large outdoor pool with a slide, a games room, pool tables, table tennis tables and a cinema (capacity of 50 persons). Furthermore, guests can make use of the tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball court, BBQ area and children's playground.
RemarksCheck-in is from 4 pm. Check in, registration and key collection are to be conducted from the Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. After hours key collection is from the electronic locker at the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 hours per day by telephoning free phone: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for the villa, guests will be asked to supply a credit card as security for the villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to the booking at a daily additional fee: pool heating, cot rental, and highchair rental. All apartments and condos are non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Check-out time from the accommodation is 10 am.
